We are bringing together a group of art and craft organisations who are willing to join us in supporting Christian, ethical and humanitarian work and who are in agreement with our aims and objectives.
DDAC is a support ministry for missionary work, church planting, and humanitarian initiatives worldwide. It has been in preparation for many years and we believe that it is now God's time to launch it.
The words Discus Deo first occurred at the commencement of a spiritual gift (1 Cor. 12:10) in 1977. It was part of three words Deum Discus Deo given to the founder and which, according to theological friends means 'Worship the face of God'. Discus can mean sun, circle or around, Deo means God. We prefer to interpret Discus Deo as 'around or encircling God' as He is at the centre of all we do.
D - direct and develop arts and crafts in support of Christian, ethical and humanitarian initiatives.
D - develop and encourage creativity individually and corporately through productive relationships, courses and training programmes.
A - activate and promote all forms of art and craft both internationally and culturally.
C - form connections with all art and craft people of good reputation. Forming links and networks for business development and membership.
